71 (who?)
This is the first personal project of mine i finished all the way through in Zbrush. This was also my first time using Mudbox for texturing a complete model.
I think this came out fairly ok considering im still a beginner using these programs.

This was super fun to make and im glad to have this model finally done.

Tools used: Zbrush, 3ds Max, Mudbox and Topogun

Wow, this is actually pretty amazing. I guess this would be what it would look like if Ocarina of Time was remade for the Wii, or something. I know how I first played OoT on the N64, and I had no idea how to fight this thing for a while xD It definitely creeped me out, because I felt that it was unbeatable back then. Now it's still creepy, but at least I can fight it xD You did a great job bringing the creepiness in this model.

But amazing as this model is, there's something that seem off, and I think that is because the wrinkles (or muscles that are visible on the surface) look so shiny with the highlight, that it seems like this monster is wrapped in plastic foil. This especially is the case for the skin around the spine. The wrinkles are white, where the skin is often red from the bloodstains (because that's what I always thought the red spots were). Maybe tone down the highlight a little and make the wrinkles around the spines a little more red. I think that'd solve it, but I'm no expert on models xD I hope you understand what I mean, because I have trouble describing this in English xD
And a minor thing: you could make the ground bulge a little where the arms come out. It'd look a bit more believable.

Scary, but at least they don't scream at you. Although, I'd definitely freak out if one of those hands grabbed my face. :fear:
